Details: Thursday 21st March, 2019, 8am-10am. Meet outside of Carslaw Building, Eastern Avenue. Free event!
Take a break, explore and connect with Arts and Social Sciences students at the Newtown Street Art and Coffee Walk.
Your Student Experience Leaders will take you on a guided tour of the lesser known street art filled alleyways of Newtown, with pit stops at the most revered coffee places as chosen by the locals.
You'll learn all about Newtown coffee culture and the local graffiti art scene, with plenty of time to capture those eye-catching Instagram shots. You'll also get to meet other Arts and Social Sciences students also interested in culture, art and food while taking a healthy and productive break between classes.
It gets even better: We'll shout you a coffee and a snack at one of Newtown's most revered coffee spots.
The Newtown Street Art and Coffee Walk is on Thursday 21 March, and is free for all students with an optional gold coin donation to our charity of choice, The Refugee Language Program.
